“AMAZING!!! Ralph and the team at Pondscapes were incredible! My husband and I had a DIY pond in Central Phoenix that had more than it’s fair share of difficulties in the last 3 years. We contacted Pondscapes to figure out if our pond was worth keeping and if we could successfully take it off of our aquaponics system and have it running smoothly (and hopefully more maintenance free) on it’s own pump and filter system.

In our first phone conversation, Ralph took the time to listen to my needs, concerns and questions and we determined a time for him to come out to take a look at our existing pond and provide us with an estimate. We discussed the kinds of systems we could go with along with a few extra features (that were optional) like lighting, which we opted not to go with. He gave us an estimate which we thought was fair and very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Luckily, he had an opening in his schedule for the following month, so we went ahead and hired him for the job.

Ralph and his team showed up on time (no small task coming from Queen Creek) and did an amazing amount of work in 3 days! We literally went from having a murky, unhealthy looking pond, to a crystal clear, gorgeous pond with a fish cove and water feature in a matter of days!! The best thing is that it is virtually maintenance free and it’s an absolutely stunning feature in our backyard.

We would highly recommend Pondscapes to anyone we know and we hope to use Ralph and his team for our next home!”
